Pests we handle

The three things thatclose restaurants.

Cockroaches, rodents, and flies account for nearly every pest-related closure. Here is what inspectors look for, and how we end each one at the source.

/ 01 · The number one cause of closures

Cockroaches, ended at the harborage.

Roaches live deep in cracks, voids, and equipment, which is why surface treatments fail. If you are seeing them in the open, the population behind the walls is many times larger. Daytime sightings mean the harborage is overcrowded: a late-stage sign, not an early one.

What the inspector sees

  • Live activity. One visible roach reads as a sign of many
  • Pepper-like droppings in corners, drawers and hinges
  • Egg casings behind refrigeration and in crevices
  • A musty, oily odor in storage: an established colony

How we end it

  • Deep-fogging clean-out collapses the population at the harborage level
  • ULV + IGR sterilization: eggs stop hatching, larvae never mature
  • Moisture-resistant dust keeps working in voids for months
  • Documented monitoring proves control at re-inspection
One egg case holds up to 40 roaches. Treatments that skip the harborage let the population rebound, usually within 60 days.
/ 02 · Elimination alone does not pass inspection

Rodents, sealed out for good.

Rodents travel the same runways every night, leaving exactly the evidence inspectors are trained to find. Trapping without sealing entry points is a revolving door. Our 30-day program closes it permanently.

What the inspector sees

  • Droppings along walls and under equipment
  • Grease rub marks tracing baseboard runways
  • Gnaw marks on packaging, product and wiring
  • Unsealed gaps, pipes and door sweeps: entry points

Our 30-day program

  • Surveillance: track movement, find every entry point
  • Targeted elimination: mechanical trapping plus strategic baiting
  • Exclusion: physically seal the building against re-entry
  • Sanitization: neutralize odor trails so new rodents do not follow old ones in
Exclusion plus documentation is what changes the outcome. Perimeter defense and ongoing monitoring keep the record clean after the activity is gone.
/ 03 · A breeding-site problem

Flies, treated where they breed.

Filth flies breed in the organic buildup inside drains, under equipment, and around waste areas. Killing adults without treating the source means a new generation hatches within days. We treat where they breed, not where they land.

What the inspector sees

  • Small flies hovering around floor drains and prep sinks
  • Activity near dumpsters, grease bins and outdoor seating
  • Organic buildup in drains: the breeding site itself

How we end it

  • Enzyme drain treatment removes the buildup they breed in
  • IGR application breaks the fly life cycle at the larval stage
  • Fly-light installation in prep, trash and storage zones
  • Exterior control for dumpsters and outdoor areas
Team training included. We coach your staff on the daily habits that keep drains from becoming breeding sites again between services.
